ON SITE SERVICES: Supported Independent Living. Our model of care is quite unique. Each SIL home utilises a small care team of just 2 support workers and 1 case manager. Our support workers rotate on a 7 day basis. We have found this model to work extremely well and provides the participant with stability and continuity of care that they can depend on (no short shifts and no revolving door of staff).

We are a registered NDIS service provider with a combined 25 years of experience in the industry, offering SIL opportunities for participants on the northern Gold Coast. One of the things that makes us a bit different from other service providers is that our main focus is on young men (18-35 years of age) with intellectual impairment, mental health and psychosocial challenges.
