Inclusive Community

Carewise Group fosters a community of strong men who mentor participants, offering support across various aspects of life, including social skills, life skills, confidence, and independence.

Mentorship

Through our sister company "Workwise" and partnerships with Omnia Inclusive, we empower young men to progress towards employment and provide mentorship through a structured framework.

We've developed programs to help you with employment and up-skilling

We're excited to introduce you to our Workwise and Skillwise program.

Building employability & economic participation.

Our SIL and ILO participants are encouraged to join our in-house work crew. Workwise is "safe place" for you to earn money, learn about employment dynamics, appropriate workplace behaviours and to gain all the benefit that come from getting outside and doing a hard days work.

Education to independence with Skillwise.

The Skillwise program helps you develop important life skills in areas such as; Positive relationships, Money budgeting, Cooking basics and Problem solving. You decide how you will engage in the program and how you'd like to be rewarded for your efforts.
